We engaged them to obtain planning permission for construction of an outbuilding/office, which all went smoothly and to schedule. We approached Binney and Sims in summer 2022 to design a 2 storey extension integrating a new kitchen and master bedroom. We were presented with multiple fantastic options within a few weeks of initial inquiry, and they were very responsive to our small tweaks. They possess a high level of technical competence (as well as brilliant design minds) meaning you're not left with an unbuildable design!
They clearly have well versed in dealing with council planners, and know what may or may not get approved, and how to go about it. The whole application process was handled with great aplomb despite the odd pushback, and we are thrilled to have received planning approval within 3 months. Importantly, you can easily get hold of the team for any queries. Essentially, they made our life very easy and delivered beyond expectations.

We had our heating upgraded to a system boiler in October by Thermo-Flow and were really impressed. We contacted them after a few other companies failed to show up to give quotes and Dan came round the next day (a Saturday)! He was really friendly and knowledgeable and talked us through lots of different options, and the quote was very reasonable compared to the others. The guys who came to do the work were also lovely, and very tidy. Very happy and would definitely recommend, thank you!
