Professional and friendly service - successfully submitting a planning application for a conservatory conversion at our home. We asked Richard and his team to build a rear extension for us and have been delighted with the end result. The work was completed within the expected timescales, to a high standard and for a competitive price. The team arrived promptly, worked solidly throughout the day and the ongoing communication whilst the work was in progress was excellent. They were polite, courteous and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. Richard is a great builder. We had an extremely complex and large build that most builders said was too complicated for them. Richard took it on and managed the complete build from start to finish. He helped source materials to meet conservation officer requirements, he managed changes to steel designs when conservation required change to materials and he has fantastic connections that means you get the best tradesmen from carpentry, tiling, electrics, plumbing, plastering,windows,carpets etc to ensure a fantastic finish. Our build was circa 14 months and Richard also arranged in site security to deter anyone.
He has a great manner and liaised with our neighbours to keep them updated on progress and even planned when to complete disruptive work when neighbours were away.
We trusted Richard to create our new family home and we're not disappointed.
