What a wonderfully relaxed, unpressured approach this Company takes when dealing with their new clients.
A fully consultative approach was taken where my views and the project environment, access etc. were all carefully considered.
My project was twofold; restorative work on my 20 year old hardwood, 50 SqMtr Orangery and a modern conservatory style extension in hardwood adjacent to it.
As my home is Grade 2 Listed the design of the new extension was sympathetic assessed with the existing structures and compliant with the wishes of the Bedfordshire Conservation team.
The restoration work including re-leading of the gables, gutter repairs and re-painting of the whole structure is beautiful and has put another 20 years of life on the Orangery.
Very professional and unpressured service all round.

Nigel and his team were brought onto our house renovation by our builders but did a grand job in rewiring almost the entire house from top to bottom. They also coped admirably with late requests like “can you just move that light a few inches to the left”. Their high point however was taking a spec consisting of just a picture of some under-tread stair lighting and turning it into gorgeous reality. Everyone goes wow when they enter the house now.

Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble. Katie was prompt in visiting our home and quickly grasped the concept of what we were looking for in an extension to our home to accommodate an ageing parent. The design was prepared with due consideration to the existing Georgian style house and the extension plan submitted to the local Planners for their consideration. At short notice, the requirement called for an additional tree study and this was handle by Katie to meet a tight deadline imposed by the Planners. The plans were successful and we were most impressed with all our dealings with Binney and Sims Ltd and the excellent feed back that we received during the whole planning process. Well done.

Excellent service from Katie and the team at Binney and Sims. Katie came out to me to discuss a rear extension, where we wanted a large open plan kitchen space but had to include a cloakroom, of which we could only see one option which didn't make the most of the space. Katie came up with an ingenious and inventive layout meaning we also gained a utility room, while still having a seven metre long kitchen diner with full width bifolds! She was excellent throughout the process and kept us updated throughout the planning application. Now planning is approved, we can't wait to see her vision come to life! Highly recommend.
