Our Town
Our Town a play written by Thornton Wilder
In the small American town of Grover's Corners at the turn of the 20th century, live a peaceful community of perfectly average American citizens. They experience daily life, love and marriage and death and dying as communities across the world have since time began.
"It's a little play with all the big subjects in it" said Wilder describing his play, Our Town. Life, death, mortality and love are among the themes touched on by this modern classic, performed by the Basingstoke Youth Theatre.
