L & K Hayley Upholsterers recently reupholstered a suite consisting of 2 sofas and a matching seat box. The items were 17 years old and had been well used and were showing signs of extreme wear. It was difficult finding replacements that suited the needs of our room. The framework of the suite was completely overhauled before being reupholstered with the selected fabric that Louise helped us to choose. The outcome was outstanding. Louise's workmanship is second to none and the attention to detail is apparent throughout. It would have been a challenge to have found an affordable set of replacements from a store meeting such high standards. We can not speak highly enough of the craftsmanship and attention to customer needs. If you need a fine upholsterer then L & K Hayley Upholsterers are highly recommended as the first choice. They did a very professional job, and they even went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction when our challenging landlord made a fuss about little blemishes which were left behind (due to old & tired decor requiring refurbishment) after the clean. The company sent along a cleaner to perform remedial work to placate our exacting landlord, and free-of-charge! That's what I call customer-focused business!
I would certainly use them again.
