Hill Engineering is also the sole Guernsey agent for the Terraclean advanced engine cleaning service which is proven to improve fuel efficiency, reduce emissions and restore performance.

Hills Engineering are extremely competent engineers and friendly people to deal with.....but dear, oh dear their skills in admin and business acumen are sorely lacking. After a service I was given a check list which highlighted urgent attention on my back suspension.....turns out that was wrong. I was then given a quote to replace front suspension, which was in need of urgent attention. The work was completed and invoiced at at figure £74 more than the quote. It took an inordinate amount of time for Hills to come up with the result of their investigation into the matter..."their quote was wrong". I felt justified in asking for some sort of reduction on the bill as I could have been difficult and insisted ' a quote is a quote,is a quote" and should be adhered to. Never heard from them again....and oh yes a horn replacement priced on the quote was overlooked and never fitted. So maybe four stars for mechanical competence, and two stars for admin and one star for business acumen.
