My carpet was stained by hot mulled apple juice. Since the carpet is a light sand colour the stain was to say the least obvious not helped by the fact that through lack of knowledge I had failed to treat the stain appropriately in the first place.
The stain then darkened to a very dark grey over the next four months as a result, I am now realiably informed, of a build up of dust. By that time I had assumed the carpet was beyond rescue and would have to be replaced completely. Now having the carpet cleaned by Classic Interiors Carpet Cleaning Division the stain is miraculously no lomner visible. I would not have believed it possible.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this process.

I travelled to Malvern from Worcester following awful experiences at a Worcester based Vet's following a chance meeting with John whilst he was caring for another animal; his approach and kindness stood out so I sought him for my own Dog's medical care. He was kind, considerate, ensured I understood every option and never once promised me something he couldn't deliver. Despite the eventual loss of my Dave, I know there was no one who could have treated either of us any better. To Euthanise an animal is a horrible horrible thing but John came to our home and was very kind throughout. I cannot recommend Masefield's more if I tried. Thank you for providing the best service I have ever received from a Veterinary practice.
