Planning a wedding is always stressful. Will there be enough to drink? Will the guests find the venue okay? Will it rain? You find yourself asking all of these questions whilst crossing your fingers and contemplating whether or not you should do a weather dance to protect your day from lashings of rain. Fortunately, thanks to Benitos and the hard work of Andrew and Sarah, all that my guests had on the day was lashings of delicious ice cream. Our wedding had a laid back, festival vibe, so the Benitos Italian cart fit in perfectly. The guests loved the flavours on offer (especially Honey & Ginger and Salted Caramel) and preferred the ice-cream as an alternative to a dessert at the wedding breakfast.
