Hi
We've been having lots of lovely hot weather recently, and whether you love it or hate it, it's always nice to be able to spend time with the family out in the sunshine.
This week, it's National Parks Week and we have some fabulous parks in Bolton all offering something different.
We have the wonderful Moss Bank Park a great open space but with plenty of opportunities for children to play and Queens Park where tends to have enough space for community gathering type events not to mention all the lovely little local parks we all grew up with and loved so much.
So enjoy parks week, let us know of any hidden gem parks and also any events going on at a park near you so we can feature it on our website and Facebook page.

Smithills Open Farm is a fantastic farm on the outskirts of Bolton, will all kinds of cute animals for children to interact with. There is also a brilliant cafe, playground and souvenir shop on site.

Central Carpets and Furniture provide excellent carpets and flooring for customers across Bolton. They have a range of products to suit any home.
Highly recommend, from visiting the shop, such a lovely family run company, gave perfect advice and helped us choose (I had a vision of what I wanted with regards colour and feel) even came out the same day to confirm all our measurements, they fitted us in with tight timescales, were honest with possible delays due to deliveries at the moment, but it didn’t even get delayed but appreciated the honestly just incase and then were more than happy to change this when we needed a different fitting date. We are more than happy with our new carpets they are perfect and exactly what we were wanting. Such great people & very friendly & helpful. Thank you again. Wishing you all the best for the New Year.
