I requested a repair to my patio doors which were leaking in heavy rain. A representative from the company attended by arrangement and repaired the leak both quickly and effectively. He listened carefully to my explanation of where the leak was occurring and explained exactly what ha had done to put the matter right. I have previously had the company replace several old "blown' windows and have been equally satisfied.
