Hi The Summer Holidays are here! And there's lots going on in and around Welwyn and Hatfield. One big date for your diary is Playday on Wednesday 3rd August at Stanborough Lakes. It's free and there will be lots of stalls and children's activities. I had some Reflexology by Margaret from Aspire at the Welwyn Festival today and I can thoroughly recommend it. She is so gentle that it felt like she was wearing gloves made out of clouds. Also, she new that I suffered from hayfever just by working on my feet. After a busy week at work, it really helped me to completely switch off. I'll definitely be booking in for another session with Margaret at Aspire in Codicote.

We held our sons 6th birthday party with the bouncy assault course at the Sports Village. We were super impressed with the host staff who really joined in and had fun with the kids making it so much more fun (others we have been to just sit and watch and dont get involved at all). We would highly recommend this for a party! The kids were all very red faced and hot but beaming with smiles!
