Well complete spas are absolutely amazing we ordered a spa in sept 15 to find we had access issues so we had to get a refund complete spas were so understanding and gave us our refund. We had some building work done and even tho it would be tight we thought a spa would go down our side access. I spoke to Rachael and she said come to the Malvern spring show we did it was like meeting old friends Rachael and Pete were so helpful 10 days later our spa was installed with out any problems so if anyone is thinking of a spa go to them they are simply the best .
