I have been attending Yoga classes run by Johnston Lowry for just over a
year now, and am very happy to give him a reference.
Since attending Johnston's classes my flexibility and core strength have
improved quite substantially. Some of the exercises can be physically
demanding but he lets everyone develop at their own pace. He clearly knows a
lot about the traditions and philosophy of Yoga but runs each class with a
welcome sense of humour.
I would recommend anyone interested in exploring Yoga to join one of
Johnston's classes - they will gain a great deal.
