Hi It's nearly summer (yes really!) and if you're feeling energetic there are lots of outdoor events and activities to get your teeth into. There are currently over 130 events featured on thebestof Welwyn and Hatfield so you're really spoilt for choice! Highlights include the Welwyn 10k at the end of June, the regular Hertfordshire Health Walks, Welwyn Hatfield Mosquitos Open Training Session this weekend or SFO Sports Centre's Active 40Up every Sunday, Lemsford Fete and of course Welwyn Festival week. You can even train to be a fitness coach with a Level 2 Fitness Instructor's course at Herts Sports Village in May. So for all the best local events and activities keep a regular eye on our website and please don't forget to tell your friends where we are! If you're looking for a product or service, please don't forget to check out the great local independent businesses featured on our website. We're not a directory or a listing - we only work with a small number of the best businesses in each sector and all of these companies have been personally vetted by our team. If that's not enough, read the latest reviews from local customers just like you. Have a great weekend. Kind regards

Aspire Chiropractic
Aspire Chiropractic Clinic in Codicote – offering McTimoney Chiropractic and a range of other health and wellbeing services in a friendly, relaxed setting
I had some Reflexology by Margaret from Aspire at the Welwyn Festival today and I can thoroughly recommend it. She is so gentle that it felt like she was wearing gloves made out of clouds. Also, she new that I suffered from hayfever just by working on my feet. After a busy week at work, it really helped me to completely switch off. I'll definitely be booking in for another session with Margaret at Aspire in Codicote.
