The framework of the suite was completely overhauled before being reupholstered with the selected fabric that Louise helped us to choose. The outcome was outstanding. Louise's workmanship is second to none and the attention to detail is apparent throughout. It would have been a challenge to have found an affordable set of replacements from a store meeting such high standards. We can not speak highly enough of the craftsmanship and attention to customer needs. If you need a fine upholsterer then L & K Hayley Upholsterers are highly recommended as the first choice. The company sent along a cleaner to perform remedial work to placate our exacting landlord, and free-of-charge! That's what I call customer-focused business!
