Hi

Happy St George's Day!

Traditionally St George's Day in Manchester is quite low key - but this all changes on Sunday as the St George's Parade winds it's way through the City.

But still, we've struggled to find lots of events to celebrate England's National Day in Manchester.

The debate has been rumbling on for some years that England should celebrate it's National Day, with a Bank Holiday - but the jury is still out.

However, the Scot's celebrate St Andrew's Day, the Welsh St David's Day, and everybody celebrates St Patrick's Day - so why shouldn't St George's Day be a National Holiday? Let us know what you think.......

Have a great week

What can I say! You are a miracle maker!! Two weeks ago I could not walk and now I can. In fact, in just one session you freed my back up so much than when you asked me to jump down off the bench and touch my toes I did not believe you. But there it was, my hand were touching my feet and I was shocked beyond belief. Thank you so much for popping my back. It was the most satisfying sound I have heard in ages and the relief from the pain afterwards was amazing. I refer you to every one I meet even if they do not have bad backs.
