Oliver is a pleasure to meet. He is polite and friendly with great integrity and a competent professional. . He managed to take away all the anxiety of an insurance claim and the associated works. He was always available 7 days a week/evenings and seamlessly managed the project through the whole process without fault. Every aspect appeared effortless from the insurance claim through the loss adjustors, works contractors and final completion. Oliver takes great care and attention with good management of works which was completed to the highest standard. Oliver never over promised or under delivered and was realistic on timing and always in communication where he felt I would need/want to know what was happening whilst fully managing all expectations. Oliver holds a solid work ethic without compromise. He ensures real customer satisfaction and ensures attention to detail with patience, understanding and great empathy for the customer. I travel for business and was not always immediately available at times of need and decision, so, trusting Oliver was imperative. Also, as a female living alone, you find yourself in a situation where strangers need access to your home. Oliver has been invaluable, completely trustworthy and outstanding in all aspects. I really wasn't looking forward to my visit to a launderette yesterday, due to my washing machine breaking down. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. The interior was welcoming, clean and smart, and the assistant was very friendly,helpful and efficient. Less than 24 hours later when I collected my washing, it was so neatly folded, it hardly required any ironing from me. I am so impressed, that I will use this service again, even once my machine is repaired. Congratulations to Geri and her team, for such a great service.
