Baron Bigod Brie (unpasteurised) Was £3.00 per 100g, now £2.45 per 100g. This is the only raw milk brie-de-meaux style cheese produced in the UK and is made on the farm where the milk is produced in Bangay, Suffolk. It is produced in small batches early in the morning using the fresh, warm milk from the Montbeliarde Herd of Cows. This is a strong, smooth cheese with flavours of mushroom.
