I have recently moved to Newcastle and was nervous to try a new salon. I read the great reviews on this website and decided to book an appointment. Lisa, who I was booked with so very friendly and so helpful. I wanted to go an ashy blonde but as my hair was quite dark at the back and had a lot of brassy tones I knew this was a big ask. She showed me lots of colour charts, recommended a moisturising bleach and spent lots of time to make sure my hair was as I wanted it. I have never been so happy with my hair, it is exactly what I wanted. It does not feel damaged and the price was very reasonable. I have found my new favourite salon and can't wait to make my next appointment.
