Spring has definitely been in the air this week. We've seen some glorious sunshine, even if it was short lived until the next cloud came along!
Is it just me or do there seem to be a huge number of runners in and around Haverhill? It must be down to the longer lighter evenings, I know I am enjoying them. As a result, Haverhill is becoming an increasingly "sporty" town thanks to events such as the Haver10 and HaverTri.
The London Marathon is just days away and will see over 36,000 runners taking part. A number of locals running the race are looking forward to seeing Perform Sports Therapy's Katie Ditchman for injury advice and treatments in the run up to and after the big event.
