Local charity Footsteps Foundation runs an annual awareness campaign to highlight the challenges and achievements of young people suffering from cerebral palsy and other neurological disorders.
There will be something for everyone to get involved in and the charity is appealing to local schools, businesses and individuals to help make it a success.

The Kennington Osteopathic Practice is dedicated to helping patients with all types of pain. The practice offers daytime and evening osteopathy, a new sports injury and sports massage clinic and also morning and evening Pilates classes. Owned and run by osteopath Sophie Jones, this Abingdon area clinic also has free parking.
I went in for a consultation after developing lower back muscular problems. Sophie was excellent, taking me through various exercises to help prevent future recurrences. Definitely recommended.
