Could have been, and should have been much better! Room wasn't ready when we arrived, we were in a pitch view room, decor was strange - tin-foiled wrapped picture frames which were ripped. Long waits at breakfast as they had run out of hot food and there was only one toaster and coffee machine but lots of guests.

As our son lives nearby it is very convenient to stay over at Whites. The hotel meets our needs. One comment - not that it would deter us from staying again - is that the en suite is beginning to look a bit tired. Good value comparing other hotels in the area. Thank you.

Excellent hotel in an amazing location - some rooms have a view of the pitch - very good value for money. Leisure facilities are of a good standard. Great location for a business person visiting customers in the area.

Stayed here after buying hospitality for the Bolton Cardiff game on 23rd December for my lovely boyfriend who is a massive Bolton Wanderers fan! Lovely hotel, very posh and well worth the money! The staff were lovely and we paid for breakfast the next morning which was impeccable! Thanks to all the staff at the Bolton Whites Hotel!

Stayed for second time we had a wonderful view of the pitch this time. The staff are really helpful without being imposing. Breakfast very nice and relaxing. I left some expensive property in the room which was returned to me very promptly and excellently packaged. Thank You

To be fair, it's a nice place to stay and averagely priced considering the accommodation, There were one or two minor issues which I could mention but again, I'm not expecting perfection and these things were easily overlooked as not mission critical.

Very disappointed with the room the hotel staff in catering very friendly and the food was really good. Had a very poor nights sleep due to the hard flat pillows. Shower took ages for the hot water to come through

We had a great stay at spacious Bolton Whites Hotel. Superb breakfast with lots of hot, and cold options , relaxed and quiet atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again when travelling to Bolton.

Another great stay. We keep coming back as the staff are very friendly and respectful. We tried out the new restaurant. Food was amazing. Our penthouse suite was made very comfortable. We got the best nights sleep. Would recommend to everybody

A good overall experience was had with very helpful staff and good facilities, I would certainly recommend the hotel. I think its location is ideal especially because of its transportation links being so close to the motorway.
