Comfy beds and fabulous staff made a special night for us.
it’s getting run down but it’s a special place for us so we like to come back.

Nice for a night not for luxury.
Size of the rooms, breakfast was great, liked that there was soya milk available without asking.
shower tray was mouldy as was the grout. Bed was uneven and uncomfortable.

The hotel was lovely room was brilliant very spacious

Good hotel.
We've stayed many times and the location is great. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant ladies so pleasant..
There was a mix up with rooms on check in. Luckily this was solved. The rooms were great, spotlessly clean, however a little on the cool side.

Although we were disappointed with several things during our stay ,the excellent staff and the way things were dealt wit
location,pleasant bar area,good size rooms ,free and plentiful car parking,great staff
the furnishings were a little tired and at the end of their lifespan ,particularly the bed and sofa, although they weren’t dirty or shabby just a bit saggy, no fridge in the room,Wi-Fi was incredibly poor on the upper floors and there were no plug sockets or usb points by the bed. However,having spoken to the brilliant staff and the Front of House Manager we have learned that extensive refurbishment is due to take place quite soon and that the hotel will be partnering with a prestigious ,upmarket hotel group in the near future.

I don't have breakfast as its poor and not worth the money but the room is perfectly fine for me.
