Very good
We have stayed at the hotel before. A little disappointed that the decor hasn’t been updated, the rooms are starting to look tired and needing a re fresh. Breakfast too expensive.

Lovely place, great breakfast!
Staff were lovely. Breakfast was brilliant!
No power by the beds and they were pretty uncomfortable. Shower wasn't great. Even though it wasn't warm outside, the rooms were a little stuffy. Location wasnt great but we left it too late to book a room in Manchester and this was the closest place with space.

Exceptional
Every single member of staff took time to chat with us. When they enquired as to how things were they always seemed to enjoy having a chat when we engaged in conversation.

It is a little tired and is in need of a revamp.
It was the right location for what we needed
There was no fridge in the room and the sofa bed was broken. The staff were great though and brought a bed in and made it up. The breakfast was good quality but unfortunately it was cold.

Tea making facilities at breakfast poor. No milk, no receptacle for used teabags and no saucers.

Almost perfect but not quite
The beds were spacious and comfortable, the room was immaculately presented, there was more than enough storage, and the two glasses on the front unit were a very nice touch
The television facilities were disappointing, the wallpaper looked tatty in places, and I was not initially told how to operate the lights, leading to much wasted time and confusion
