Very confusing layout. Took the lift to my roo m. ! But then had to carry suitcase down a flight of stairs to reach my roo m number.

lovely hotel will stay again
staff were friendly, rooms and hotel were exceptionally clean. the added touch of the lemon water at the entrance was a lovely little touch.
was £85 for stay , no breakfast included and the breakfast was £25 each of we wanted it! found that a little too high for a paying guest. ended up walking to the harvester across the street

The staff on arrival, and throughout, could not have been more welcoming. We had a slick check in. Smiley people. Ice cold diet cokes for £1 on reception. That’s fair. Rooms had a fan but no a/c. Fine. We survived. Parking free. On departure same smiley staff. Thank you.

We visited on a very hot Saturday evening intending to sit out in the shaddy garden - and, had a warm welcome from the moment we stepped through the door.
Service and ambience was really great - but, the food was even better. I am getting fed up with pubs and restaurants reducing the size of their servings - and generally order extra side dishes to make up for this. We'll, there was no need to do this at The Crown. The quality and quantity of the food was superb. We had garlic mushrooms and whitebait to start and burger and pork chop for mains. It was really honest, tasty and well presented food. We'll definately return.

Jackie & team are so great! I had a very sentimental necklace made from my mother’s and grandmother’s engagement rings. I went back and forth several times on designs and took a while to make a decision…and there was never any rush or pressure. I could not be more happy with the end result…I hardly ever take it off. Besides bespoke design they do cleanings and watch repair. No matter what the ask or value, you always get the same standout experience. We’re lucky to have them in the area.

We went to Everest Lounge for a family Birthday meal and it did not disappoint. The place itself is well decorated. The food was delicious and the staff were absolutely lovely. They were very accommodating with allergies and they even put up banners and balloons for the Birthday guest.

stayed here several times for the football and it is always my first choice when Im in Bolton
A very comfortable hotel room and excellent breakfast
Sadly the rooms don't benefit from air conditioning and during the recent hot spell it can be a bit too warm at night

Had an excellent stay
Attended to go to a wedding locally
Housekeeping staff were very polite and efficient if i had to criticise anything then it would be the measly amount of toilet roll, not replenished for our stay of two nights.
Check in staff were very helpful
