"Mind Bending and Brain Stretching - Music To My Ears!"

My session with Gemma at Grow Your Mindset was everything I hoped it would be and more - read on!

The session was well structured, covered its material really well and allowed time for participants to question and reflect while maintaining overall momentum.

The "edge of comfort zone" exercises quickly broaden your horizons and provide fresh insights.

You leave with an altered mindset - a better listener, a challenger to the known, a state where flexible replaces fixed and all things become possible.

I coach Construction Companies and, when fit, am also "Nick The Charity Swimmer"

Both roles require an upbeat and progressive mindset.

Also I'm a musician and songwriter and we'll come to that.

I figured it was time for an MOT. With a life in coaching, mentoring and self-starting, it's good to place yourself in the hands of others to check I'm up to scratch myself.

GYM sure paid me back.

The music? Pop music relies on breaking rules and I'm a Classically trained pianist where the reliance is on conformity.

I've wrestled with Modal Chord Progressions that dominate modern song until I placed myself in Growth Mode and opened my mind to progressions I was told at school were "just too complex to teach".

Grow Your Mindset - if you've read this far, you know you'll benefit from a session with Gemma.

We enjoyed the food and the service, both excellent. The only thing we were surprised about is the fact that they only take bank cards, no cash, worth knowing if you are going there.and normally pay cash. There is ample parking, which is always a plus.

This guy Rob@Answer1 was one of the easiest guys to deal with ever. And I say that coz I’ve been with quite a few insurers and always have a problem but this dude made life easy. Thanks a bunch Rob.

Very limited legroom if seated in the circle if you're over 5' 4"!
Clean and good little venue.

Reasonable for price. Good breakfast, with plenty of choice. Good service.
Parking a bit hit and miss, but not overly expensive for a seafront position.

4 people ate early evening. The table was attractively laid. We ordered drinks first. Felt that £4+ for a lemonade and orange squash was a tad high and the same for Coke. A bottle of wine (one of the cheapest on the list) was £19. Starters - 3 ordered the same and 1 ordered something different. The single starter arrived 10 minutes before the other 3. Mains were average and not very hot. Considering there were eventually only 4 tables occupied during our visit, we were not totally impressed with the quality of the food. Unfortunately we all felt that we have experienced better takeaway food.
