We put our house up for sale with Lifestyle in November 2021. Everything was really simple and easy, Melanie and Niall kept us up to date with appointment times etc and provided us with feedback from our viewings. We’ve had a bit of a mad rush to complete in a really short time frame but everyone has gone out of their way to accommodate us, and they even found us a rental property for us to move into while our new build is being built. They really went above and beyond for us and we’re really grateful.

Having dealt with other agencies in the past, I cannot commend Lifestyle Sales and Lettings highly enough.
From our first phone call, to being shown the property, we were bowled over with how friendly, efficient and helpful they were.
From seeing the property we wanted online, to viewing it, filling out all the paperwork and processing all of the required checks, to moving in, the whole process took less than two days, which to my mind is absolutely unheard of, and only made possible by the dedication and wonderful communication of the team, who bent over backwards to get everything processed as quickly and smoothly as possible for us. They were easily available for queries at any time of day or night, pleasant and friendly, ruthlessly efficient, and still found time for some lovely extra touches, such as a 'welcome to your new home' box on taking the property up, filled with thoughtful things like tea and coffee, toys for the children and a lovely card.
In a competitive market, these little touches make all the difference, and I wouldn't reccomend anyone else now. Wonderful service both initially, and ongoing as tenants whenever we have had an issue or query. I cannot sing their praises highly enough.
Special consideration must go to Henry Thomas, who has been our main point of contact since our first enquiry, and has provided a constant touchstone for any further issues of queries. The perfect combination of efficient, available at the drop of a hat, super-quick to respond to any question, and with a friendly personality that makes you feel more like you're talking to an old friend than a business contact.
Henry (and the rest of the team by extension) has been faultless, and it's a breath of fresh air in a sector where tenants can sometimes find agents either difficult to contact, slow to respond, or problematic to deal with. He's a wonderful example of the priorities of Lifestyle Sales and Lettings, which, across the board, are to treat all clients as priorities and to bend over backwards to get lettings processed in record time, and ensure that any issues that might arise thereafter are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
After dealing with both Henry and other members of the team, it's the only agency I would be happy recommending family and friends to in future.

My elderly mother and her partner have rented a two bedroom apartment in Chorley for the past 11 years. Lifestyle Sales & Lettings have administered the property on behalf of the owner and the services provided by Lifestyle have been. very good throughout the rental period. Any issues arising with the property were promptly dealt with. Unfortunately the time has now come where the tenants are having to vacate the property due to them needing a more supported/care living package. The tenants cannot thank Lifestyle and the owner enough for how they have managed the property during the period of the tenancy. I have been the conduit between the tenants and Lifestyle and I would have no hesitation in recommending Lifestyle to any potential person who is looking to rent through a professional letting agency.
