the staff and room
dinner and breakfast was poor, we had to get a refine for dinner and didn’t reorder. breakfast we had room service which was late and stone cold.

The food was very nice, absolutely no complaints in this department but the service definitely let the experience down. Came here on the recommendation of a friend but I don't think we would bother coming back. No hot towel offered when asking for the bill but the table opposite seemed to be dealt with completely differently.
