Thank you for a lovely workshop yesterday Gemma, it was great!
The biggest thing for me was realising we act in both fixed and growth depending on the situation and either is fine, as long as we understand that and work towards opening our minds to growth/acting differently.
As you mentioned the image and perceived perception online is that we HAVE to be growth otherwise it's negative and shown in red and before being in your presence I would say it affected me mentally.
You have changed my perception on mindset and I can't thank you enough! I would highly recommend Grow Your Mindset to anyone!

What a great introduction to Growth Mindset
I thoroughly enjoyed my morning spent with Gemma from Grow Your Mindset. She delivers a personable and engaging presentation, sharing the history and the science… yes science supporting this subject matter. It led me to reflect and analyse my own fixed mindset and really helped target the main blocks I face. I would say this is an essential learning course before embarking on business coaching, project management, changes to workplace cultures etc as it is the keystone to fundamental change.
