Nice sized hotel with friendly staff and plenty of parking. Stayed for three nights and found the beds to be quite comfortable still, despite looking slightly tired from age...
The rooms are spacious and functional and the bath holds the heat well, but didn't test the shower as didn't seem like it was flush against the socket..
Selection of food is very minimal and mainly either pizza or burger. But plenty of different outlets either side of the hotel. Rooms serviced daily and maintained to a good level of service but overall summary is it could do with some modernisation.
Other than that a nice enough hotel to rest up in.

Fabulous pitchside package
We stayed in two rooms for our son’s birthday (one pitchside, one standard). We watched the match from the balcony which was ACE! The rooms are basic but were clean and nicely presented and it was fab to make a nice warm drink at half time (no alcohol allowed on balcony during the game which we thought was fair). The hotel staff had very kindly laid out some birthday surprises for our 10 year old’s birthday. (Thank you Ben who took the booking and was so lovely!) What a fab extra touch. Really made him feel special and was so much appreciated! Breakfast was nice and all the staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. Nothing too much trouble. Parking free just need to register at reception. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

I just wanted to leave a review for a certain worker at the hotel who works upstairs in the cafe area, A guy with black hair and a grey shirt went above and beyond when I asked if he could warm my lunch in in a microwave, he took it for me, brought it out in a plate and give me knife and folk with a napkin. This is next level customer service and a asset the the hotel! Big thank you

Lovely quiet room, very comfortable. Close to the train station too. However, there is no thermostat in the room, and you cant regulate the room temperature. Also, the room didn't have any complimentary water, so when I woke up in the night thirsty, I had to decide whether to call reception or go back to sleep. Overall, it was an okay stay, as I only spent one night.

I stayed here when Pink was at the Stadium. Although the price was far more expensive than normal the party atmosphere they created was excellent and made it worth the money. Dj, glitter face painting, photo booth and lots of decoration for photos. The convenience of being back in our room 15mins after the concert ended was fantastic. Onsite parking too made everything so easy. Only downside was quality of the Pink street food event . Would definitely pay the extra and stay here again if such an event arose.

Spent a few nights at the hotel. It's just off the motorway, so it is convenient to get to and commute to other places.
The bar was busy (due to a match earlier in the day), but the friendly bar staff took my order at the bar and then kindly helped me to find a table.
Food prices weren't cheap, but not bad compared to other mid range hotels that I've stayed in. The pizza was about £15 and had a lot of cheese on it, and a side of chips was around £3.50.
Breakfast was about £12, if paid in advance. The cooked breakfast was nice, though the other items (pastries/etc) disappeared quite quickly.
There appears to have been a youth event on at the hotel, because the lobby was packed with youngsters on my final morning.
