I was very surprised at the quality of the room,you wouldn't normally associate football stadiums with Hotels but this place has nailed it for the price and what you get i think it's on the money

Stayed at Whites on numerous occasions, including basing myself there for my wedding. Not only were the staff welcoming, they bent over backwards to make sure my family all had a great weekend. Highly recommend.

Us at Bolton Balloon Fairies was asked to decorate the Penthouse Suites for a newly married couple and walking the through the hotel we saw how clean it was, nice deco and the room was large. The staff was very helpful and polite and would stay here my self. Overall a nice experience whilst there

Stayed here to travel to Manchester. Room was lovely and staff were friendly.
Only reason to score down was that we chose here to enjoy the facilities but none were in use. I.e. No swimming pool or spa. Very misled when booking.
Great location, close to many shops and train station, plus train was only £7.50 each return to Manchester and that included the tram in Manchester and local buses.

Attended 'The Lion of Vienna' suite to donate blood. Free parking in the car park. Toilets were clean and well appointed.
Easy to find and conveniently located just off the M61 motorway. A much nicer venue than usual at a chilly church hall, would go back there again.

Stayed here for work. Clean & tidy rooms with everything you need, just a little dated now. No noise, comfy beds & had a great nights sleep. Yummy breakfast. Ate in the restaurant at night & food was delicious - service was a little haphazard as some nights we got table service & others we ordered at the bar! All staff were amazing, friendly & kind

Visited 09/06/2022 in the Premier Suite for work event. Free parking and easy venue to drive to.
Not well signposted from reception area, had to ask lady on reception where the suite was located.
The event space was fantastic, well organised and the Bolton stadium team were very friendly as were the staff looking after our tables.
The let down was the food choices, no halal option was provided after being requested prior to event, what did arrive although presentation looked good, the taste unfortunately didn’t match and for that reason alone the review lost ability to reach 5 stars. At one point my colleague who asked for pescatarian & vegetarian options was given a fish dish with a chorizo base, concern raised but damage had been done. The saving grace was the dessert which tasted nice.
