After dealing with bad customer service from the HSBC frauds team, I met Miss Han Wang in this branch. She was very helpful and sympathetic to my case when no one else was. She also went the extra mile by calling and replying to my emails to update me on my case, and made sure she could do everything in her power to assist me. My experience with her was the best customer service I've ever had with HSBC.

My bank for yrs, not my main account. Updated my address on the app and apparently nothing can be posted ie new bank card for 60 days. So new Acc /bank card needed to be sent to a branch. Popped in Saturday 11th March and a very attentive and friendly staff member Toby, greeted me, took my ID and brought my card back in 30secs. Excellent service and attention from Toby. Thank you.
