We have been here for 5 days and had an amazing stay. Although on arrival we had a blip with our room it was a queen room and not big enough bed so we were shown to another room which was much better but after an hour we realised the heating wasn’t working and despite the engineer attending it wasn’t able to be fixed! So we moved to another room which sadly didn’t have a sea view, it overlooked scaffolding but was warm and comfortable, it was on the 3rd floor an had no lift to our room. However, the staff are all very attentive, helpful and friendly the Food was amazing with the best breakfast ever! Evening dinner had plenty of choice and was presented as a feast for the eyes and tasted Devine. This trip was to celebrate our 52nd anniversary and was our first trip to the island but we will most definitely be returning to stay here again.
A special mention to one of the dinning managers Allcssandro who really made us feel so special and a fountain of info of everything on the Island thank you for such excellent service.

We had an amazing 4 night stay. I can't say enough about the staff here. Every single member of staff are so friendly, welcoming and can't do enough for you.
Food great, a wonderful choice at breakfast and a delicious afternoon tea.

I went last night for my first meal at Everest and it was great! The service was great, the atmosphere was great (relaxed) and the food was delicious. Cannot fault the restaurant on any aspect. 5/5.

First time ordering from Brunswick. The team (on the phone and via what’s app messenger) were extremely helpful. It was an order at late notice and Brunswick managed to deliver the very next day. What a service! Thanks all 👍🏽

Whilst the food and the cocktails are great, the staff are often very overwhelmed and not attentive. We sat in the MIDDLE TABLE of the very small tapas restaurant on a Friday night for over 45 minutes and no one came to check in/ask if he wanted to order and were too busy trying to accommodate the vastly overcrowded tables to pay attention to us trying to flag them down. They forgot to give one of us a cocktail and it was left on the bar for almost 20 minutes.
Overall disappointing. A table of six should not be left to sit for 45 minutes without any staff checking in. Appalling. In the end we decided to leave than order more food because it took so long. Was also very busy and incredibly loud.
