Excellent company to deal with. Lovely good quality merchandise with easy to follow web site. I ordered a collar for my dog and felt pricing versus quality was excellent. Order was despatched next day on 2 day delivery - great but then EVRI was the chosen courier so 2 days turned into 8
Oh why, oh why do companies use EVRI, they turn a pleasant purchasing process into a disappointing end result. I will definitely buy again from Bonnie Woof but factor in an 8 day delivery window.
