His professionalism, transparency, and down to earth approach made the experience feel effortless and easy. You can really tell that he and his team care about their customers and not just making a sale. One thing that really stood out to me was that there was absolutely no pressure at any point, they didn’t even ask for a deposit upfront. As soon as I put my finance agreement through, they told me it wasn’t necessary and that they’d hold the car for me regardless and they kept their word. That level of trust and honesty is so rare these days, and it really says a lot about how they treat their customers. The customer service was absolutely exceptional! It didn’t feel like a transaction at all, the process was so smooth and the overall experience was faultless. I would recommend Panacea Motors more than anything. These lads at Panacea motors are OUTSTANDING !!!! I bought a car in April at the time of purchase there was a fault with the ambient lighting , this car was taken to the main dealer where Panacea paid for the repair , fast forward 6 months the same problem has appeared , I returned back to main dealer with the same fault and they tried to deny all knowledge of repairs and declined to accept ownership for the current fault , fast forward 3 weeks the car has remained at the main dealer ! Panacea took over from me and dealt with the garage , Panacea kindly dealt with the main dealer and paid for additional parts and also collected my vehicle , Panacea refused to take money from my husband and Myself , thank you so much ! GENUINE HONEST LADS ! I would recommend this garage to anyone and I will be certainly returning back to Panacea to purchase our second new vehicle
