Very good
Reception staff were exceptional, very kind and accommodating on every level and even went to the trouble of creating a lovely birthday surprise in my parents room with a card and chocolates for their 80th. The evening entertainment in the bar was great and the breakfast was good as well.
Pillows are too hard.
