Really good
Welcoming and accommodating reception staff, ample space in room, many towels and easy to get more on request, shampoo and body gel, complimentary tea and coffee, easy to come and leave
It was very hot in the room and there was no working a/c and no windows to open. Staff did provide a fan.

Not impressed
The water pressure
The bed was uncomfortable and the whole room a bit worn and in need of refurbishment. Also it was quite hard to get the correct temperature in the shower and the knob kept coming off the taps.

We paid for the suite for our wedding anniversary room was fine , maybe needs a little update for example get usb plugs

Ideally located modern hotel with large, convenient car park and spacious bar area.
Roomy public spaces, friendly staff, powerful shower, two lifts, and brisk service with no waiting at check in or check out.
No aircon in this hotel and overnight our room was too warm for us. Eggs were overcooked at breakfast. We were in a deluxe double room - the decor was OK but beginning to look shabby.
