I always spend time getting quotes for insurance renewals. When Ellie rang about the renewal, it was higher than I had anticipated, so I looked at new quotes to get ideas about options. I thought I had found one, but after extended discussion with Ellie and further investigation, I decided to stay with ThinkInsurance despite the increase. The reason? Cheap insurance doesn't always mean good insurance. The main issue with the cheaper options was the lack of support and delay when making a claim.
