I attended a networking event and lunch today at the Crown. I came with a list of allergies and intolerances and Lucy along with her team were more than happy to accommodate me and my dietary needs. As someone who avoids eating out due to this it was a breathe of fresh air to be able to eat out and enjoy lovely food, drinks and company in a beautiful setting. Pretty run down, could do with renovation. Staff were all friendly. Room rate of £30 per night for my single room would be the most I would pay.

It was so good to see Jordan on stage with his show. I thoroughly enjoyed the songs and conversation. Can we do it all over again please! Congrats to The Garrick for getting him, we need to see you more often Jordan.

No shower gel in dispenser, only tiny bit of toilet roll when we checked in. Wanted to be near lift as I'm disabled and was a long way from lift on 1st floor and 8 steps to negotiate.

The service was quick, friendly and attentive although maybe a bit inexperienced. The restaurant was very busy reflecting the quality of the product on offer. We both enjoyed our main courses, but I wasn't 100% sold on the Tandoori Broccoli starter - I wouldn't hesitate to return here.

On Friday 27th January we went to see “ One night only” starring Jordan Adams
This was in the studio. Show was absolutely fantastic, Jordan has a wonderful voice and stage presence which he used to entertain the audience from start to finish. Probably too small, an auditorium for him he could do with a performance in the larger theatre.
Would definitely book to see Jordan again.
The theatre itself provides good facilities and my husband who has mobility problems was able to access all that he needed to.
