No issues, friendly and helpful staff
Size of the room was good
We had initially booked the pitch side room but we’re told this was unavailable therefore we were upgraded to the penthouse suite. I thought it might have had a pitchside view too. This was the only reason as a football fan that I chose this hotel

The staff were amazing polite and very helpful. Would have loved a swim but everything else was fabulous.

Break away
The bed was so comfortable. I had a bad back when I arrived , and it was gone when I left . Like the bar area, when you don't fancy going out . And staff were lovely .
Most of the TV channels weren't there . There was BBC1, BBC 2 and itv 1. No 4 or 5. The other channels were mostly missing too. We went and bought a dvd player and a few dvds. The Breakfast was good , apart from the poached egg Breakfast.
