Skirting arrived as promised, in the correct time slot. The priming of the profile part is a bit rough and we should have sanded it down before painting, as the roughness is still visible after painting.
However, the samples from other companies were even rougher, so I don't know whether this is a good reason to avoid them. Other than that, the quality is good, and the initial samples arrived promptly as well, which was very helpful in choosing the right profile. Price is a bit high compared to some competitors.

My first impressions, they are professional, excellent communication and customer service skills. They also carried out work to a high standard and my experience was headache free. I normally dread going to garages because the majority of the time they say one thing and do the opposite or work to a low standard but I am glad I trusted my gut and decided to use Elite Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Specialists. The reason why I used them was because I required a crack on my alloy to be welded together, I called around got some quotes over the phone and when I spoke to them, I felt they sounded more professional. I read their reviews but was sceptical because they were all 5 star and I was not sure if this was an accurate reflection of everyone's experience. However, I am pleased to say the experience was effortlessly great, definitely a 5 star and here is why? I drove to Walsall they inspected the alloy, saw one crack and we agreed a price. Later they found another crack, probably not visible amongst the dirt, which they fixed and asked for additional £10 but because they realised they had not alerted me before fixing the other crack, they were professional and waived this fee. However due to their professionalism, I did pay this fee purely because I felt they had behaved professionally throughout!. I also found that they kept me informed throughout the process and replied promptly to my my messages. This was the first time I used them but I doubt, it will be the last.
