As an elderly person, I do not understand English well, and dealing with bank matters can be very stressful and confusing for me. I was very worried before coming to the bank.
Winky was extremely patient, caring, and respectful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, step by step, and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Even when I did not understand at first, she was happy to explain again with a smile.
Because of her kindness and professionalism, I was able to open my bank account smoothly and successfully. More importantly, she made me feel safety and respected as an elderly customer.
