Warm welcome from reception,the bedroom was large and well equipped,we were attending a function in the premier suite and were disappointed that there is no direct access from the hotel,you have to go outside and walk which if the weather had been bad it would have been a problem.beakfast was of a high standard and hot which is rarely acheived,well done when dressed in evening ware

Clean and modern built in to the Macron Stadium. The food is provided by Heathcotes and that lifted everything, including the Banquet that brought us, on to a whole new level.
A bit of noise on our floor (1) but the room was clean and very well fitted out.

As a visitor to the main function suite I found the quality of service and particularly the quality of the food. of the highest order for this type of occasion (500+ persons).

Good room but not good booking service. Room size very good and not noisy overnight. Having to walk outside to the function we attended was not particularly good in wet weather so there should be a direct link to the banqueting facility from the hotel. food quality excellent from Heathcotes.

This was an overnight stay as we were attending a Banquet at the venue.
We found the service at Reception to be excellent. The room looked a little tired in places but had all we needed including free WiFi, tea/ coffee and biscuits and the bathroom had small individual plastic sachets of shower gel and shampoo not the plastic dispensers one sometimes finds on the shower wall. We felt it was good value.

Business trip and got a late booking - Great food and service. I would have thought the gym might be a little bit more advanced given its inside a football stadium, but didn't impact my stay. Sockets by the bed would have been useful!

Attached to the Macron Stadium this hotel is a pleasant venue, good clean comfortable rooms, great food and breakfast served HOT! Which is a rare find these days.....

A faultless stay at the Whites from the friendly booking in with Andrew to the excellent meal the Hotel and staff kept up there standards for my second visit.

A great place to stay, socialise and what I could see looks like an ideal place for companies to have meetings etc. Friendly helpful staff, nice clean rooms, ample safe parking, restaurant and bar facilities superb and room service with NO astronomical prices. Great.

We have stayed here before and so did not hesitate to re book for our recent trip to Bolton.
The hotel and rooms are very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The bar prices are a bit high as is the optional breakfast, however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.
