Really enjoyed - Right next door to a large retail park with numerous restaurants- Very close to M61
Room well equipped, everywhere clean, all staff I encountered were excellent

Superb
We loved the location of this hotel, hotel is very nicely set out and our meal in the hotel restaurant was lovely, the fish was beautiful, staff were helpful and friendly.
There wasn't any tea making facilities in the room which we missed , also the duvet cover had a dirty mark on (like a foot print ).

Overall nice place to stay except being locked out of hotelL
Breakfast was great, ideal location for Snooker
Snooker finished late ie 12:20am, DOORS TO HOTEL WERE LOCKED COULD NOT GET IN HAD TO BANG ON WINDOW TO ATTRACT SOMEONES ATTENTION, LEFT OUT IN COLD FOR 5 MIN

Outstanding venue
Very easy location to find and would be great i the future to hold training meeting at the venue I would have like to stay in one of the room with a pitch view I will been returning in January for business and with book a pitch view ( ref code book 10 )

We would stay there again, and recommend to anyone visiting the stadium.
Food. Good variety at breakfast, dinner was cooked to order. Lift squeaked. Customer service had not informed restaurant that we had paid for dinner on three nights in advance.
Direct access to the Premier Suite without ha ing to face the elements outside.
