Great location for a football away trip. Free parking directly outside on match day arrival. Nice breakfast. Selection of restaurants in adjacent retail park. Will consider staying again next time my team play there

Ideally placed for attending the match. Good parking facility. Adequate drawer and wardrobe space. However the high hangers no use for us as we could not reach them! Provision of hospitality tray minimal had to get more Tetley tea. NO fruit teas/infusions available in room.. I do not drink normal tea or instant coffee. The hotel is I am aware more geared up for business people but I think provision of some beverages for children would be helpful eg hot chocolate sachets. Perhaps a notice that these and fruit teas are available on request.TV in rooms has Freeview however for a Wanderers fan it was not possible to view the review on Saturday evening as this is now on Quest and TV not tuned to this channel.Overall pleased with the accommodation and definitely impressed by staff.

Stayed at this hotel last year. as attending nieces wedding at near by venue. Very average and expensive. Found the pillows uncomfortable and room hot. Meal in restaurant very expensive and food mediocre!! Couldn't sleep so went down to the reception and on a positive note the night Manager was very helpful

This was my second visit and it was as good as the first. Beds very comfortable, food excellent, rooms clean but it is the staff that make this such a pleasant place to stay - very friendly and helpful, especially when we went on the hunt for more tea bags and milk!

Staff were incredibly friendly from booking over the phone to assisting with requests during our stay. The rooms were clean and and our stay was good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very clean hotel with very pleasant communal areas to relax & have a drink. Comfortable rooms. Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location with large shopping centre & railway station within 5 minute walk. Motorway one mile away.

Hotel comfortable and clean. Our room was also comfortable and clean and we had two good nights sleep. Staff were very nice to. This was our second stay and sure we’ll be back again next time we’re visiting family and friends.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was spacious and comfy but had no air con so was partial to being stuffy and humid. Breakfast was a little expensive at £12 each but it was nice enough. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Was a lovely hotel for a really decent price. Would deffiently go back. Lots of food places and shops around so don't have to go far. Cinema and bowling next to it. Breakfast was lovely. Room was clean.

Helpful and friendly staff. Room met expectations and was certainly value for money. Quiet at night which meant good nights sleep! Good location within the town and lots of shops within easy reach. Able to get nice snack meal in the evening in pleasant surroundings.
