I attended the accredited training with Grow Your Mindset earlier in the summer to assist with my own personal development but also to understand how I could implement changes within my business and better understand and influence the staff that I manage. The training also lead me reflect on my home life and difficulties that my young son had been facing at school with a lack of confidence and fear of making mistakes. I took a look at the Grow Your Mindset website and found a wealth blogs and information to help with this. I read everything that I could and encouraged my husband to do the same. We were able to implement some of the techniques at home and within the space of a few months we already have a much more confident son who is willing to ‘give it a go’ and take a risk. It has made a real difference to his school life and his excitement for learning.

Everest is our favourite restaurant in town. The decoration and ambience is beautiful and relaxing. Staff are efficient and pleasant. Food is heavenly, menu is varied and has unique dishes that are beautifully spiced and a treat for the taste buds. Definitely recommend a visit.

Local (10 miles) but never visited before. Convenient location for a small business meeting. So good, I shall certainly return for a leisure visit. Old pub, but clean and updated tastefully inside. Easy parking, Good food, friendly staff, level access, accessible toilet - all the things that matter to me. I had a risotto with some brie melted in- sensational. OK it was Wednesday lunch, not Friday or Saturday, but as booking is advised, no doubt busier times will be good too.
