Rooms a bit tired but very comfortable, exceptionally well priced. Rooms would have benefitted from air conditioning as quite warm in summer weather - a fan was provided. Looks like communal areas (bar and restaurant) were currently being upgraded. Staff helpful but not very cheerful.

Use this place a lot for meetings, food and staying here frequently as my work is near by. Have to say I can't really fault it. Great parking and amenities. Rooms are comfy, warm and clean. I guess the room decor could do with a spruce but that's only a minor niggle.

The staff here are excellent, friendly and attentive. I stayed a couple of nights on a football weekend with a pitch side room, the view from the room was amazing, (but do remember you can't watch the game from your room). My tip is to get back to the hotel bar as soon as the game is over to watch final score and mingle with the home and away fans and soak up the atmosphere.

I thoroughly enjoy using your pool and facilities.the towels are always fresh and clean.ii attended the pilates on Thursday and this was excellent. I was offered a free coffee and pastry which was very nice after too.the changing rooms need a little updating as do the lockers.the hotel itself is very clean.some of your reception staff require additional customer service training on how to be more friendly.your leisure staff should be banned from using their mobile phones while working.

Love this hotel and love the pitch view rooms. Reception Staff are always friendly and the young lads on the first floor coffee shop/restaurant are really approachable and friendly too. Would recommend this hotel. A nice shopping and eating complex in walking distance with bowling and cinema along with friendly football club - Bolton Wanderers 👍😊⚽️

I spent one night at Whites after a family member's wedding. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked really well. Good pressure, perfect temperature.
We also had breakfast and it was buffet like. The food was good.
There is nothing particularly special about the place but it's good overall. Very nice staff.
