Stayed here a few times when De Vere have there special offers on rooms. A night away in a nice hotel for £19 room only is very good. Clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are nice and beds comfortable. Small swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Good shopping development behind with plenty of places to eat and a large Vue cinema. Not too far away from Manchester and if you like football you'll love the restaurant with it's view over the pitch!!

I stayed here for one night and have stayed here before.

This is an imposing building which forms part of the Reebok stadium. Some of the rooms overlook the pitch, as does the restaurant. Eating in the restaurant was an odd experience. The food was, perhaps, slightly better than a Toby Carvery, but only just. The service seemed hurried. As the restaurant was nowhere near capacity, this seemed unnecessary.

The place is just beginning to look a little worn at the edges now. The bar prices are, as one would expect, on the hefty side. Most of the guests here during the week are not paying out of their own pocket though. The bar was sticky and need wiping.

Breakfast is buffet style and the range of food on offer is OK, but could only be described as 'warm'. The glass I used for my orange juice was stuck to the surface, which tells me that cleanliness was not thorough.

The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The shower blasts hot water properly and the towels were a good size and fresh. My only gripe here is that a cathode ray television sits where a flat screen should be. It is nearly 2013!.

By and large then, this hotel is adequate. Nothing to write home about, but if all you want is a meal and a bed for the night, it will do.

Visited the Reflections restaurant for my nephews 21st having travelled up from Bournemouth. Room and table overlooks the BW pitch and is a spectacular view. Since there was no game on, it meant we had the whole room to ourselves. Team at DeVere's were excellent - super friendly and very accomodating. Nothing was to much trouble - even allowing the birthday boy to chose whatever he fancied to eat was a really nice touch. The whole group felt well looked after - and with nobody pushing us to leave - it was relaxed afternoon with the whole family who do not get together very often. I was secretly wondering if we would be made to feel like second class citizens since were not premier league players - but reality couldnt have been further from the truth. Service was very good and shout outs for Beth Mason, Emma Murray, Katie Voce and another female colleague (didnt get the name, but dark hair if it helps) from the bar who ran back and forth looking after our every drink need. Food was good lunchtime fare -though not spectacular which was the only slight negative - but that didn't really matter since the whole experience was terrific. Thank you for a memorable afternoon.

Recently stayed for one night on Christmas party, although have stayed on a few other occasions. The overall experience was very good with nothing major to complain about. The hotel is quite modern and lively at this festive time. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. The bedroom was a disapointment being very small although clean, tidy, and lacking nothing - except space. The gym and pool were very good. The bar area exceptional although drinks quite expensive for an out of town hotel. Location ideal for motorways with short distance to Bolton or Manchester town centres. Breakfast was fine and christmas party was exceptional.

Overall very good and will stay again.

pros. Breakfast and comfy bed
cons very expensive bar, poor bathroom, water pressure nil in shower, surrounding bedrooms over occupied and thus very noisy which the hotel needs to manage particularly if they are hosting big events. Vast amounts of chewing gum all over the floor near the entrance into looked really grubby.

We ended our year of travelling in Britain with a little touch of luxury overlooking Bolton Reebok Stadium football ground. We paid next to nothing for this overnight stay so our expectations were not high. What we found was a bright, welcoming foyer with pleasant smart staff. Our room was comfortable with a nice ensuite. We even got free bottled water (it was provided recently at Manchester Hilton with a price tag of over £3 a bottle) The spa was great with a nice pool and good sauna and steam room, very clean and well kept. We met a friend there in one of the comfortable public rooms and enjoyed pots of tea with good personal service from the bar.
I would recommend this hotel for meeting up with friends and as an overnight treat

we stayed on 2nd jan 13 and enjoyed our stay very much. we booked on line at de vere web site and paid £39.00 room only. . check in was easy and when we got to our room , i rang receptiona nd asked was there a c hance if we could have a room with a pitch view. no problem was the reply and within 10 mins we had been upgraded free to a pitch view room. the room was faultless with a stunning view of the pitch. staff were very ffriendly and professional and they should be praised for thier warm welcome. we were made to feel very special and for that we are very grateful. blonde lady at check in was very accommodating and thankyou for our room. we did not eat at the hotel but what we saw we liked the look of. there is plenty to do and we used the swimming pool which was great . pool was not too cold and the hot tub and sauna were perfect . will definetly stay here again and we are looking to book next jan. travelled as a couple.

Great little bar although quite pricey, bar food was great, Leisure facilities really good. staff really helpful. Great friendly atmosphere in bar before /after match.

We went to a fab Indian Sai Spice cost £12 to get there in taxi, well worth it.

Hope to see Bolton promoted so we can come down again!

Four of us die hard Sunderland supporters stayed overnight at this hotel 05/01. The hotel is integrated into the Reebok stadium. Car parking was no problem at all with sufficient spaces for everyone. The stadium if travelling from the north is easy to find. We travelled down the M6 leaving the motorway at J30. We then turned left onto the M61 and as you approach J6 the stadium is clearly visible on the left. On pulling into the car park helpful staff directed us to the area where hotel guests park. There was more than enough parking areas for hotel gusets free of charge. Once inside the hotel reception staff checked and we were allowed to use our rooms from on arrival , which was around 11am, which we were not supposed to check in until 2pm. We were allowed to use the leisure fascillities on arrival even if we did not have our rooms straight away. The hotel is of a high standard and the staff were friendly and absolutely spot on.

The rooms were of a very good standard and the hotel was spotless. We paid £39.00 for a double room. Best £35.00 i have spent.

The bar prices are reasonable and the food which was well priced looked fine. We did not eat at the hotel as on the doorstep their is a Frankie & Bennys, Macdonalds, KFC, Tesco etc all within a two minute walk.

For away supporters the location could not have been better. The entrance / exit doors of the hotel are about 20 metres from the turnstiles.

I would definitely recommend this hotel not only football supporters but visitors to Bolton.

Just to finish the hotel even before and after the game had a quiet relaxed atmosphere we no rowdiness whatsoever. Will definitely use the hotel again.
