Good location, great staff but rooms need a refurb.
Nice hotel at the perfect location with very friendly staff. Good breakfast with a selection of hot and cold food.
Although the room was clean it was dated and could do with a refurb.

Average hotel that needs a little TLC.
Okay for a couple of days.
Room was fine, although rather dated and needed a little TLC. Towel rail was rusty for example. Rather busy in the breakfast room with lots of children on a school trip. Perhaps having a time slot would have been a good idea. The staff at the reception weren't particularly welcoming.

Brekkie was good. Location was good. Overall room was good. No kettle or coffee in room tho?
More than one big towel as I was sharing a room with a mate. No kettle & coffee/tea

Great staff all round
Ben on reception was pretty incredible, knew my name and room number when I checked out this morning and while I waited for a colleague to pick me up 2 other guests checked out and he did exactly the same to them! Guy in the restaurant/bar was very friendly and helpful when it came to ordering some food (pretty large guy, sorry don’t know his name)
Poor choice of food in the evening, no healthy options.
