We were visiting Bolton Whites when they were in administration, however the service and rooms were still clean so you wouldn't particularly tell. We did have a few issues though, such as being woken up on the first morning by countless metal kegs being chucked on the floor immediately outside our room(!). Also, the corridor outside our room (122) smelt of wee/vomit for the entire stay. We mentioned this to reception as soon as we realised, but nothing noticable was done about this. If we need to visit Bolton again, we'd probably go to the nearby Premier Inn instead.

The hotel and staff were lovely, the rooms were pleasant but some items in them could do with an upgrade or just removing from the room. We stayed in a suite which was definitely value for money.

Great friendly staff, the service and room were excellent, very relaxing experience,the breakfast was lovely and the staff weren't intrusive but happy to help, i think I'll be booking the penthouse suite next.

Excellent place very up market for the price only paid £50 but got an excellent room spacious well equiped with trouser press ironing board fan kettle etc. Big tv comfy bed and nice bathroom.
There is a nice bar and the breakfast was excellent with nice scrambled eggs. Rare for a buffet breakfast. Location is close to shops.

Used this hotel for a weekend away near Southport beach. Location was the main thing for us as wanted to be near Manchester too for shopping. Worked out really well. The rooms are a little outdated but apart from that everything else was excellent.

Even if your not a football fan, like me, I found the whole building somewhere special and off a high standard. Definitely would recommend people to stay in this hotel. Seeing the pitch from my room might have just converted me to watch a match from the hotel in future.

A fantastic find, very beautiful hotel, the rooms are very nice and the surrounding area very beautiful and full of shops and useful facilities. I hope you don’t go into liquidation, cause the stadium and hotel looks beautiful

Stayed at the whites hotel for the night, what a great room, clean, comfortable and a fabulous view of the Bolton Wanderers pitch. Staff were great and attentive. Bedroom included bathrobes, tea and coffee making facilities

Following my recent excellent experience in this lovely furnished hotel, I was very happy with the helpful and friendly staff, wide choice of breakfasts, on-site parking and the location was ideal for where I was going, I would definitely recommend.
